RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If Due to any Reason (Mishandling by logistics or Courier Partners) You have received any product/s as Broken or Less in Quantity (due to leakage) or It has any other unusual issue/thing that you have not noticed in presented pictures on our Website or on any other Platform then inform Us within 3-4 days of order receival through a “Proper & Well-defined Pictures or Video” otherwise Your complaint will not be acceptable and will not be implemented in any way.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE, IF AFTER SENDING PROPER UNFIT PICTURES OR VIDEO OF A PRODUCT/S YOU RECEIVED, AND HAVING OUR ACCEPTANCE ON ISSUE, YOU WANT TO RETURN IT OR REPLACE IT, KINDLY CONSIDER THE METHOD AS FOLLOWS: YOU WILL SEND THE PRODUCT TO US ON YOUR OWN EXPENSES OF COURIER SERVICE AND WILL SEND “SLIP OF DISPATCHING” TO US, WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE IT (PRODUCT), WE WILL DEPOSIT AMOUNT EQUAL TO PRODUCT’S PRICE IN YOUR A/C AND SHALL GIVE YOU VOUCHER AS COMPENSATION TOWARDS DELIVERY CHARGES YOU PAID IN RETURNING PRODUCT TO US (AS SHOWN IN SLIP). VOUCHER YOU WILL USE IN SUBSEQUENT ORDER (TILL ITS EXPIRY FOR ONCE)
SAME PROCEDURE WILL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF ORDER TOO, WE WILL SEND YOU FRESH NEW PRODUCT AFTER RECEIVING UNFIT PRODUCT AND WILL GIVE YOU VOUCHER FOR DELIVERY CHARGES YOU PAID IN SENDING US UNFIT PRODUCT; VOUCHER YOU CAN USE TOWARDS YOUR NEXT ORDER.
OTHER COMPENSATION/S REGARDING ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT/PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVED SHALL BE DECIDED WHILE PROPER ANALYSIS OF PICTURE OR VIDEO YOU SENT OF THE UNFIT PRODUCT/S OR PACKAGE, AND SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN VERY NEXT ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE, SUPPLY OF AVAILABLE SAMPLES (IF CUSTOMER WILL WANT) OR SUPPLY OF SMALL OR ACTUAL PACKAGING OF MISHANDLED OR BROKEN OR LEAKED PRODUCT (ACCORDING TO LOSS) OR PROVIDING DISCOUNT IN NEXT ORDER ETC.
